Boiled Shibori is a technique which requires a fabric material (preferably satin) and a high quantity of buttons. It also requires a lot of patience! šŖš¼

ALL YOU WILL NEED:
Fabric
Fabric Scissors
Buttons
Water
Pan
Sewing Thread š„³

FOR A MORE DETAILED STEP BY STEP, PLEASE READ ON š¤©
1) Firstly, choose your preferred coloured fabric and cut outāļø a large square of material. Use any colour threadš§µ to tie the buttons to the fabric, as seen below.šš¼

2) Repeat this step numerous times with same sized buttons (or different sized buttons to create a playful design š), enough to fill the entire square material.
3) It is now required to steam your sample in a pan for 30 minutesā± to allow circle shapes to be formed on the fabric. Leave to dry for 24 hoursā± and then remove the thread and buttons.
